ULV Fogger – Ultra Low Volume Aerosol Generator U15 HD-M
This application equipment – ulv fogger has been manufactured in accordance with the WHO Specifications on Equipment for Vector Control (WHO/VBC/89.972)
It is designed to be mounted on a vehicle and includes of course a remote control system to operate the unit from the inside of the driver cabin. This application technique is exceptionally safe as the driver can be kept completely free from chemicals. Adjustable spray heads ensure that the operating direction is variable right through 360°. There will be conservation of the pesticide is while it is being driven at lower speed.
The unit is mounted an a solid frame with 4 shock absorbers, features 2 aerosol nozzles (every nozzle can be operated individually), output quantity approx 18 l/h, max. 30 l/h (water). Solution tank 60 l made from stainless steel (V4A).
Remote control with 5 m connection cable, Briggs & Stratton engine 11 HP (8 KW), fuel tank capacity 7,5 l, batteries 12 V, 36 Ah min.
What does ULV means?
ULV is defined as the ultra low volume application rate per unit area/space which guarantees economical pest control. The aim is to keep the application rate as low as possible and thereby diminish both the cost of the total quantity applied as well as the actual treatment time. The minute droplets (aerosols) remain suspended in the air for hours to ensure the coverage of all indoor surfaces, and that of leaves and bushes in the open air. In this manner lethal contact with the insect pests that are to be controlled is maintained for prolonged periods.
